Privacy & Security
Here at Hudson Equine we hope you will be pleased with your purchase, in the event of this not happening and you wish to return anything you bought from us we will be happy to refund or exchange a product providing it is in fully resaleable condition. Please check the condition of your parcel upon arrival before signing for it and accepting the parcel if possible. In the event of the parcel being damaged or going missing upon arrival please specify against you signature and inform us immediately within 3 working days, otherwise no claim can be considered. If you wish to return an item you do so at your own expense unless the item is faulty and not in working order. For the item to be returned it must be unused, returned in the condition it was sent in to include packaging, accessories etc and have its original tags. If possible please include a copy of your receipt and some details including contact details. This does not affect your statutory rights

You have 14 days to return a non-sale item to Hudson Equine, items must be unused and not damaged for a full refund or exchange to be given. All sale items may only be returned for an exchange or credit note valid for 6 months, refunds are not possible on sale items
In the event of an item arriving in faulty condition, you have 3 working days in which to contact us for a full refund or exchange. Items deemed to be faulty after this period will be dealt with on case-by-case basis in conversation with Hudson Equine and the manufacturer.
We offer an extended period of returns at Christmas for goods purchased as Christmas presents. Last return date for Christmas presents is January 10th. If you wish to return an item after these periods you must seek authorisation by telephone or email. Credit note or exchange only will be offered after 14 days for non-sale items or 7 days for sale items.
Please note that Riding Hats, Personalised and Special order items cannot be returned, in the event of wanting to return a personalised product please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org. In some circumstances we may accept riding hats back however this must be via prior consent of the manager by telephone. You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you insure your parcel and obtain proof of postage as Hudson Equine cannot be held responsible for any goods lost before they reach us. You will be refunded the full value of the goods purchased less carriage charge paid.

Goods returned under complaint will not be accepted unless clean and dry. Health & Safety Act 1972.
